I’m Rafael Velasco, I have been in the real estate business for over 5 years. I am a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and Probate specialist. I have built a network of trusted providers to assist families in probate.

My primary career focus is to assist families going through the probate process and for that reason I have received many certifications related to probate, one of them being the (CPRES) Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. It is important to understand each any every families’ situation and individual goals. Although I have helped many families going through probate. It is important I meet with all family members to find out specific needs. In the past several years, based on some personal experiences, I have developed a keen awareness of the challenges associated with dealing with properties in probate.
